Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Team Glitch 6 ("TG6"), an independent business operating from Arizona, USA. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of any TG6 products. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from TG6. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. TG6 products are sold for lawful streaming and content creation purposes only.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed in full via Stripe at the time of order, and every unit is built to order from that payment. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the components for your build are purchased; after that, the 30-day shipping promise in Section 4 still protects you. TG6 reserves the right to cancel any order if inventory is unavailable or if fraud is suspected, with a full refund issued promptly.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Your order will ship within 30 days of payment. If TG6 cannot ship within 30 days, we will notify you by email with the reason and a revised ship date, and you may cancel at any time for a full and prompt refund. Backpack orders ship via overnight carrier service at no additional charge once the unit passes its live stream test (US addresses). Carrier transit times after handoff are estimates, not guarantees; TG6 is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.
5. Returns and Refunds
Every TG6 unit is tested live on stream before shipping. If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the unit is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a TG6 error.
6. Limited Warranty
TG6 workmanship. TG6 assembles every rig and pre-configures the encoding software in-house, and warrants that work directly. Physical assembly — stitching, wiring, fitment, and the in-house 3D-printed shoulder mount — is covered against defects for 90 days from delivery; TG6 repairs or replaces the affected part at its option, free. Encoding & config care — the Dell Latitude encoding brain ships with OBS, NGINX, FFmpeg, and your uplink/bonding profile pre-configured; if that TG6-delivered setup ever stops working, TG6 restores and re-configures it at no charge for the usable life of the original rig, for as long as TG6 remains in operation — remotely where possible or by return. Config care covers restoring TG6's original configuration, not new feature requests or third-party software you install; failure of the laptop hardware itself is covered by the manufacturer (below), not by config care.
Component pass-through. Your rig is built from brand-name gear — Sony, Dell, Elgato, DJI, Peplink, Starlink, and more — each carrying its own manufacturer's warranty. Every unit ships with a Build Sheet & Warranty Card listing each component's make, model, serial, and warranty. If a component fails under its maker's warranty, TG6 helps you file the claim: one point of contact — we identify the part and do the legwork with you. TG6 is not an authorized service center for these brands; component claims are honored under each maker's own warranty terms.
Exclusions. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic aging, misuse, accidents, overloading, liquid damage (unless the unit is sold as rated), unauthorized repairs or modifications, software you install or change outside TG6's setup, or component failures beyond the maker's own warranty terms.
Terms. Coverage begins at delivery and applies to the original purchaser only (non-transferable). This warranty is in addition to your Returns and Refunds rights above — it is not a return. To make a claim, contact us through the contact page with your order details and photos; your unit's live-stream build and test VOD documents its condition at ship. Owner support channels — including the owners' Discord and AI-assisted config care — are provided on a best-effort basis and may be updated or changed as TG6's tooling evolves; the config-care coverage described above is unaffected.

7. Product Safety and Assumption of Risk
Your rig contains high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, electronics, and a body-worn camera mount. You agree to use it responsibly: follow the safety card included with your unit; charge batteries only with the supplied charger, never unattended or inside the packed bag; stop using any battery that is swollen, hot, or damaged; inspect the shoulder mount, camera lock, and straps before each use; and stay aware of your surroundings and obey traffic laws while streaming on the move. You assume the risks inherent in wearing and operating streaming hardware in public and outdoor environments. Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by TG6 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from TG6. Third-party product names, marks, and logos shown on this site — Sony, Dell, Elgato, DJI, Peplink, Starlink, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others — are the property of their respective owners, are used only to identify the genuine components in each build, and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
9. Limitation of Liability
TG6 products are hardware rigs assembled for streaming use. TG6 is not liable for revenue lost due to streaming outages, platform bans, carrier network issues, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.
10. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
12. Changes to These Terms
TG6 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For questions, reach out via the contact page.
