Welcome to Team Glitch 6 LLC ("TG6"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of any TG6 products. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from TG6. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. TG6 products are sold for lawful streaming and content creation purposes only.

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of order. TG6 reserves the right to cancel any order if inventory is unavailable or if fraud is suspected, with a full refund issued promptly.

Shipping timelines are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. TG6 is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.

Every TG6 unit is tested live on stream before shipping. If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the unit is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a TG6 error.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by TG6 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from TG6.

TG6 products are hardware rigs assembled for streaming use. TG6 is not liable for revenue lost due to streaming outages, platform bans, carrier network issues, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
