Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

1. Overview
Team Glitch 6 ("TG6", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it. By using this site, you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: When you submit a contact form or notify-me request, we collect your name, email address, and message content.

Order information: When you place an order, payment and shipping information is collected by Stripe (our payment processor) — TG6 does not store your full card details.

Automatically collected: Standard server logs may include your IP address, browser type, and referring page. When you submit a contact or subscribe form, our form handler also records your browser type (user agent) and the page you came from (referrer) so we can respond and troubleshoot. We also use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type — to understand how the site is used. We do not sell this data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process and fulfill orders; respond to contact form submissions; send notify-me emails when a product becomes available (only if you requested this); and improve the site based on aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies necessary for basic functionality, plus analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to measure site usage (see Section 5). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; some site features may not function correctly if you disable all cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy), Google Apps Script for contact form handling, and Google Analytics for site usage measurement (both subject to Google's privacy policy). These services may collect data as described in their own policies. TG6 does not control how these third parties handle your data beyond the scope of our integration.
6. Social Media Content & the Meta Platform
Team Glitch 6 operates official social media accounts, including the “Team Glitch 6” Facebook Page and the @teamglitch6 Instagram account. We use tools built on the Meta Graph API — through our registered Meta application “TG6 Social” — to publish our own content (such as short highlight videos and Reels) to these accounts, which we own and control.

In doing so, we access only the data needed to publish to our own accounts: our Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers and the standard permissions required to manage pages we own. We do not use the Meta Platform to collect, store, sell, or process the personal information of people who view, like, comment on, or otherwise interact with our posts, beyond the aggregate, non-identifying insights (such as total view counts) that Meta provides to account owners.

If you interact with our Facebook or Instagram accounts, your information is handled by Meta under Meta's own Privacy Policy. Our use of any information received from the Meta Platform complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. To request deletion of any data associated with you that we may hold, see “Your Rights” below.
7. Data Retention
We retain order records as required for accounting and tax purposes (typically 7 years). Contact form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Notify-me email addresses are deleted once you unsubscribe or once the product has shipped.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by TG6 — including any data associated with your interactions with our Facebook or Instagram accounts. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page or email support@tg6-dev.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS for all site traffic and using Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure for payments. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously.
10. Children's Privacy
TG6 products and services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For any privacy questions, contact us via the contact page or email support@tg6-dev.com.
